The KinGuard Project
The KinGuard Project is about control. Your control of Your content.
And to have total control, the software needs to be under Your control. And in order for all software to be under your control, you have to be able to read the source code.
And that is what The KinGuard Project is about. The possibility to bring Your content under Your control.
What we try to do is to bring together an open source installation that can be run on different platforms, from smaller devices such as the Rpi to PC and VPS:es. It is meant to be distributed as ready-to-install images being the only operating system on the device, with full access to all peripherals.
The system is based on Debian, and all software is packaged as debian packages and available from the repositories.
