Ports needed for Let's encrypt

Post by haraldc » Thu Apr 26, 2018 7:41 pm

Hi,
I have understood that booth port 80 and 443 need to be open through the firewall for the creation of a new certificate from Let's encrypt. Can I block port 80 once the certificate has been created?

Hi Harald,

I have not tested this, but I think that once you have the certificate it should work. But I am not sure...
