What type of backup is made on a daily basis?

How are backups configured? If I use the remote backup, how much data is being sent on a daily basis? All? Only new and edited files? Something else? Reason I ask is I'm on 4G broadband with a quota. Don't want to burn that with daily 300MB backups.

It is only modified data that is sent. There will be a time line available, but it is created from a "baseline" and then keeping track of modifications, so that the total space used on the backup target is not a multiple of the total file size, it is more close to the size of local storage.

So unless you change all of the data every day, there will be very little data that is passed on a regular basis.
